Winston G. Lee started Cuffed Design in 2013 as a hobby, designing cuffed bracelets for his daughter and family members. Cuffed Design has grown into a top-notch apparel & accessory business from what began out of his garage. From there, Winston became a vendor at various events and markets, and he continues to grow his online business and pop-up shop stores to sell Cuffed Design in significant fashion markets such as New York and LA. For the first two years, he studied leather craftsmanship under a master leather craftsman, and he studied design under a former top fashion designer for named brand apparel & accessory wear.
